The table below details the conditions of hire for each function type for both our Red and Gold Lounges. Room hire fees and minimum bar spend requirements apply for private functions held on Friday or Saturday nights, or on the eve of a public holiday. Hire fees and minimum spend requirements for Friday night events are less.
For private functions held on other nights of the week room hire fees are waived and minimum bar spend requirements are reduced. Please ask for further information on events held on other nights of the week.
The room hire fee includes bar staff, security on the front door, full use of DJ equipment, and video equipment which will allow you to show a DVD or slideshow of photos on TV screens in the room during your function.
Your booking is confirmed when the room hire fee is paid. The minimum bar spend must be met during the private hire period. This can be met by a tab, by relying upon guests buying their own drinks, or a combination of both. When running a tab drinks to be included on your tab can be specified.
When hiring our function rooms you can choose how long your would like the room privately. The minimum spend is then set according to the duration of the event. Our private hire period generally starts at 8pm and you then have the choice of finish time with 12am, 1am, 2am or 3am options. The room hire fee for each option is the same with the minimum spend increasing by $250 for each additional hour of private hire.
